Welcome to Thermo Plastic Tech

Founded in 1989, Thermo Plastic Technology has grown to be the areas preeminent supplier of thermoformed trays. Inside our 36,000 square foot plant, we mold thin and heavy gauge plastics in all thermoformable materials. Our finishing department performs dozens of operations from silk screening, hot stamping, and labeling to routing, riveting and gluing to packing finished product into the tray or clamshell.

At Thermo Plastic Technology we believe that quality is not an act, it is a habit. We instill this ethos in every employee from our tool and die makers to our line workers. We take great pride in knowing that we have never lost a customer because of quality issues. Our quality assurance department performs regularly scheduled checks on all aspects of production in both the molding and the finishing operations. We do this and more to ensure that you get the highest quality job possible.

Here at Thermo Plastic Technology we take great pride in our design capabilities. Our award-winning designers will interpret your design and suggest improvements if necessary. Many of our customers come to us with the product and ask us to design their display, tray or clamshell from scratch for them. Many of our customers have been the recipient of several POPAI awards and other packaging awards for their thermoformed trays which we designed and or manufactured for them. If your problem is timing, be assured Thermo Plastic Technology can take your concept to drawings to prototype to final production faster than just about anyone else. We run 5 inline pressure formers all capable of forming 33” x 40” x 4 ¾”. We also make all our own tooling and dies in house. This allows us to have complete control over the speed of our tool making and the ability to run the tooling on any one of our 5 machines. There is generally one of the 5 machines available to run with no waiting for a job to be complete.
